What happens next

  1. We review your venue

    We look over your venue, confirm fit, and reply by email within 24 hours with any questions or the recommended path forward.

  2. We cover Bronze onboarding

    The follow-up will cover account setup, the current Bronze onboarding path, and acceptance of the Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

  3. Router pairing comes later

    Once onboarding is ready, we will coordinate the install and walk through router pairing and setup steps, including the location pairing code. After launch, support covers setup questions and troubleshooting. A router is not provisioned by this form submission.
