Request deletion of your data.

We don't hold much about you — your email went to the venue, not us. But we do hold a few things from your WiFi session (device fingerprint, duration, byte counts) and we will delete those now.

The venue that collected your signup info holds it, not us. You'll need to ask them to delete what they have.

How it works. Give us whatever you have that helps us match — a session ID, your device's MAC address, or both. We'll delete the matching rows from our service log and tell you exactly how many we removed. If you told us the venue, we'll point you to it. We don't store any of the matching identifiers alongside your request — only an anonymized (SHA-256) IP hash for audit, exactly like the rest of our privacy-first analytics.

Tell us what we held.

Provide one of the matching identifiers below. Anything you can supply helps. We won't share what you submit.

If you know it — the venue whose WiFi you used. Format: a-z, 0-9, dashes.
If our staff gave you one, paste it here. v4 UUID.
Your device's identifier on WiFi — looks like AA:BB:CC:DD:EE:FF.
Free-form context (≤500 characters). Shown back to you in the result; not stored.
